Five products you have held. One engine.
Before the twin touches your line, we prove it on five simple products of our own design: few parts, few stations, physics we can measure on a bench. Each build adds a kind of station. The second one is the real test: it has to run from a spec file, with no new engine code.
- 01 · BUILDING NOW
Tracker puck
A coin cell tracker. Place, screw, insert, press, inspect: every station type on one line.

USB-C flash drive
Three stations, no screws. Must run from a spec file alone.

Remote battery door
A second snap design: a cantilever latch and hinge hooks.

Light-switch plate
Screwdriving on its own, and our bench fixture for calibrating it.
See it in 3D → - 05 · LAST
Bare PCB assembly
Solder paste and reflow: new physics, so a new module.

Our own designs at real sizes, not customer parts. Everything here is simulated and not yet calibrated against a real build.
Station by station, then the whole factory.
- 01 · NOW
Station twins
Press-fit, snap-fit, screwdriving and pick-and-place.
- 02
Line twins
Whole lines, with contract manufacturers.
- 03
Factory design
Lay out lines and stations before they exist.
- 04
Build out
Buy and stand up what the twin designed.
- 05 · CONCEPT
MadeCell
A transportable assembly cell, configured by the twin.

A line that ships.
Eight stations on one base. A shell that lifts off when it lands. Designed and tested in the twin, brought up once on our floor against its golden twin. Need more capacity? Add a module.
- 01 · DESIGNLay out and test the line in the twin. In code, before steel.
- 02 · QUALIFYBuild the cell on our floor. Calibrate its golden twin to it.
- 03 · SHIPShell on. Machines stay bolted to the base.
- 04 · RUNLevel, connect, check with golden units. Then produce.
